Acai Berries

Acai: Pure Bliss’s Antonio DaCosta grew up in Brazil eating Acai regularly. Acai contains high levels of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, qualifying it as a superfood. This fruit boosts and strengthens the immune system and aids in detoxification.

Almonds

Almonds: Ours come from Spain and are unpasteurized. Only unpasteurized almonds are truly raw. Almonds are high in monosaturated fats, shown to reduce the risk of heart disease and to lower cholesterol.

Almond Butter

Almond Butter/ Nut Butters: We grind our own nut butters including almond, cashew and peanut butters after roasting the nuts. Fresh baby! and best tasting. Nut butters are great source of protein and heart healthy fats.

Amaranth

Amaranth: Amaranth is a gluten free grain that was a major food crop of the Aztecs. This grain is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals and is a great source of protein.

Bananas

Bananas: We peel our organic bananas ourselves (we don’t grow them though). Bananas are known for their potassium and vitamin B6 content but these common fruits also contain tryptophan - a substance that is converted to serotonin in the brain thus providing a feeling of blissfulness.

Blueberries

Blueberries: We use organically grown blueberries, which have significantly higher concentrations of antioxidants which combat free radicals and cellular oxidation, protecting the nervous and digestive systems.

Brown Rice

Brown Rice Protein: This provides a substantial source of protein and like other proteins brown rice protein can assist with weight loss and weight management. Brown rice protein is easier to digest than soy or whey proteins.

Cacao Nibs

Cacao Nibs: Nibs are raw, unprocessed pieces of the cacao bean and are one of the healthiest superfoods in the world. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, these tasty morsels are full of 'bliss chemicals' that enhance physical and mental well beings.

Nuts: Our nuts are organic and are never sprayed with synthetic pesticides like the conventional nut trees typically are. Nuts are packed full of protein, vitamins and vital minerals.

Peanuts: We use organic peanuts and grind our own peanuts to make peanut butter. These legumes are rich in protein, B vitamins, and are a "brain food" known for boosting memory power.

Pumpkin Seeds: From boosting your immunity to curbing your appetite these seeds pack a powerful amount of vitamins and nutrients. We use pumpkin seeds in our bars and bites which are easy to digest and full of vital nutrients.
